Community Guidelines

EliteInnerCircle is a luxury private social networking platform designed for verified, accomplished individuals to build meaningful professional and personal connections. This is a curated networking community — not a dating service, escort marketplace, or transactional platform. All interactions must align with this purpose.

All members must be: (a) at least 18 years of age; (b) verified through government-issued identification and biometric matching; (c) reviewed and approved through our manual application process; (d) committed to respectful, authentic interaction with other members. False identity claims, fake profiles, or circumventing verification is grounds for immediate suspension.

Members are expected to communicate with dignity, respect, and authenticity. This means: treating all members as equals; avoiding harassment, discrimination, or demeaning language; respecting stated boundaries and privacy preferences; and engaging in good-faith conversation. Behavior that makes other members feel unsafe or unwelcome will result in warnings and suspension.

The following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Escorting or sex work solicitation — explicit offers of sexual services for payment
• Transactional arrangements — offering or requesting direct payment for companionship, introductions, or time
• Illegal activity — drug trafficking, human trafficking, fraud, or any activity that violates local law
• Harassment and abuse — threats, bullying, stalking, or coordinated attacks against members
• Sexual misconduct — unsolicited sexual content, non-consensual sharing of intimate materials, or coercion
• Fraud and impersonation — using fake identity, stolen photos, or scamming members
• Doxxing or privacy violation — sharing another member's personal information without consent

Photos and profile content must be authentic, recent, and in good taste. This means: no explicit sexual imagery; no stolen or heavily filtered photos; profile descriptions must be truthful. Fake or misleading profiles are grounds for immediate removal. Members retain copyright to their own content but grant EliteInnerCircle a license to use it for moderation, security, and Platform functionality.

Discretion is fundamental. Members agree to: not screenshot or record conversations; not share another member's information or photos outside the Platform; respect privacy mode selections (Standard, Discreet, Invisible); not contact members who have declined connection. Violation of another member's privacy may result in legal action and account suspension.

Direct messages are private conversations between members. Keep interactions respectful and authentic. We prohibit: spamming; unsolicited explicit content; repeated contact after someone has declined interest; scamming or financial manipulation. Messages that violate these guidelines may be flagged by other members and reviewed by moderation.

Our moderation team reviews reports, monitors for abuse, and takes action to maintain community safety. We reserve the right to: issue warnings; temporarily suspend accounts; permanently ban members; report illegal activity to authorities; and share evidence with law enforcement if required by law.

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, use the in-app Report button or contact support@eliteinnercircle.vip. Provide specific details and any relevant screenshots. All reports are reviewed confidentially. Do not engage with violative content — report it immediately.

Violations of these guidelines may result in: written warnings; temporary suspension (7–30 days); permanent ban; and report to authorities for illegal activity. Banned members are prohibited from re-registering. Repeated attempts to circumvent bans may result in legal action.

While we maintain strict verification and moderation, use common sense when connecting with anyone new: meet in public for first meetings; do not share financial information or passwords; verify identities before transacting; trust your instincts. Report unsafe encounters immediately.

We take these guidelines seriously to protect all members. Violations undermine the integrity of our verified community. Consequences are proportional to the severity and history of misconduct. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and authentic platform for meaningful connections.

We may update these guidelines as needed to maintain community safety and integrity. Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of revised guidelines.
