Terms of Service

By applying for or accessing membership on EliteInnerCircle ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Standards. If you do not agree, you may not access the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EliteInnerCircle, governed by the laws of India.

EliteInnerCircle is a private, verified membership network for accomplished professionals. The Platform provides members access to a curated social ecosystem, private networking tools, elite introduction features, concierge services, and exclusive community events. EliteInnerCircle is not a dating agency, escort service, matchmaking service, or transactional arrangement platform. Membership grants access to platform features and community tools — it does not grant access to any specific individual or guarantee any particular connection outcome.

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Membership is subject to approval at our sole discretion following manual review of your application. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. By applying, you confirm that you are not prohibited from forming a binding contract under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You may not share your credentials or transfer your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@eliteinnercircle.vip.

All members are required to complete identity verification prior to receiving full platform access. You agree to provide accurate, genuine documentation. EliteInnerCircle maintains strict moderation policies, identity verification requirements, and community standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality private networking environment. Submitting fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate and permanent termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Patron membership grants access to platform features, including: private member discovery tools, encrypted messaging capabilities, AI-powered networking recommendations, concierge support services, profile visibility enhancements, private event access, and community tools. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access remains active until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed securely via Paddle. Membership fees are charged for access to platform features and community infrastructure — not for access to any specific person or relationship outcome.

All membership subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, as access to platform features is granted immediately upon payment. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, or if the Platform experiences a material service failure, please contact support@eliteinnercircle.vip within 7 days of the charge. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds solely due to dissatisfaction with connection outcomes, as the Platform makes no guarantees regarding social results. Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EliteInnerCircle and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and may be reported to law enforcement:

• —Escort services, solicitation of any kind, or any transactional exchange of companionship for money
• —Arranging, offering, or requesting paid personal relationships or physical contact
• —Sharing, distributing, or requesting explicit adult content
• —Harassment, threats, stalking, or abusive behaviour toward any member
• —Creating false or misleading profiles or impersonating another person
• —Sharing another member's private information without their explicit consent
• —Any activity that violates applicable law, including prostitution, human trafficking, or exploitation laws
• —Circumventing platform security measures, moderation systems, or access controls
• —Using the Platform for commercial solicitation unrelated to its networking purpose

Violations of this policy result in immediate suspension and permanent removal from the community without refund.

EliteInnerCircle employs a dedicated human moderation team that reviews all applications, monitors platform activity, and enforces community standards. All members are manually reviewed and verified before gaining access. We reserve the right to warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms. Moderation decisions are final. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Profile content, photos, and messages are subject to moderation review. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform. You must not upload content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or content that violates applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request access to, correction of, and erasure of your personal data. You may submit an account deletion request from your Settings page. We process all deletion requests within 30 days. EliteInnerCircle is a private networking platform and is not responsible for the conduct of its members, either online or offline. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes of connections made through the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any court proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or Platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
