Verification Policy

EliteInnerCircle is a private, verified membership network for curated introductions. Identity verification is mandatory for all members to ensure authenticity, safety, and the integrity of our verified community. Verification is not optional — unverified profiles cannot access core platform features.

All approved applicants — both Patrons and Companions — are required to complete identity verification before gaining full platform access. Verification must be completed within 14 days of application approval.

Our verification process consists of two steps:

• Government-Issued ID: Upload a clear photo of a valid passport, Aadhaar card, driving licence, or national ID. The document must be valid and unexpired.
• Live Selfie / Face Match: Upload a selfie or live capture that is compared against your submitted ID using AI-assisted face matching. The selfie must be taken at the time of verification — not a pre-existing photo.

We use AI face-matching technology to compute a similarity score between your selfie and your government ID. A high score increases the likelihood of rapid approval. However, all verifications are reviewed by a human moderator before a final decision is made. AI scores are used to assist, not replace, human judgement.

Our verification team reviews all submissions within 24–72 hours. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation if identity cannot be confirmed
• Reject submissions with blurry, edited, or fraudulent documents
• Place an account on hold pending further review
• Permanently reject an application if fraud is detected

Members receive one of the following verification badges upon approval:

• Standard Verified: Identity confirmed via ID and selfie
• Premium Verified: Additional professional or financial verification completed
• Founder Verified: Awarded by EliteInnerCircle staff for founding-tier members

Verification badges are displayed on member profiles to indicate authenticity level.

All verification documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Government ID images and selfies are stored securely and used exclusively for identity verification purposes. They are not shared with other members, third parties, or advertisers.

Verification documents may be retained for up to 90 days after submission for audit and compliance purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion earlier by emailing support@eliteinnercircle.vip.

EliteInnerCircle reserves the right to request re-verification at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of account misuse, identity fraud, or if your membership lapses for more than 90 days. Failure to re-verify may result in account suspension.

If your verification is rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason. You may resubmit with corrected documentation within 7 days. If your resubmission is also rejected, you may appeal by contacting our member relations team at support@eliteinnercircle.vip.

The following actions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents
• Impersonating another individual
• Using someone else's photos or identity for verification
• Attempting to manipulate or bypass the verification process
